Petit Trois Aspen

Opening this season, Petit Trois brings classic French bistro favorites to the mountains. Expect steak frites, escargots, the Big Mec, and other signatures crafted with locally sourced ingredients. It’s the Aspen outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre’s acclaimed Los Angeles restaurant, and it’s set to become a go-to for a great dinner in town.

Lola 41

A well-known favorite from Nantucket and Palm Beach, Lola 41 is officially in Aspen. The menu brings globally inspired flavors with creative sushi, fresh seafood, and international small plates. It’s a strong pick for après-ski or a laid-back night out with friends.

Mt. Rubirosa

Opening December 7, 2025, Mt. Rubirosa is arriving from NYC to the Residences at The Little Nell. The restaurant is known for its tie-dye pizza, an après-ski bar, and a warm, inviting dining room. This one is already generating buzz and is poised to be a top off-mountain gathering spot this winter.

Marea – The Snow Lodge

Debuting December 17, Marea brings its award-winning coastal Italian menu from NYC and Beverly Hills straight to the Snow Lodge. Look for signature pastas, crudi, and new alpine-inspired dishes crafted specifically for their Aspen location.

Kaspia at The Jade Room – Snow Lodge Aspen

A collaboration with the renowned Caviar Kaspia, this new dining experience runs Sunday through Wednesday. Expect a curated menu of NYC favorites mixed with local flavors — a perfect spot when you want something elevated.

Hillstone Aspen

Hillstone will feature all the classics it’s known for: steaks, burgers, salads, and their full sushi menu. Reliable, polished, and always consistent — a great option for nights when you want a familiar, high-quality dinner.

Snowmass Dining + Après

Après Ski Club – Snowmass

Snowmass’ newest après hot spot, located inside the Viewline Resort. Created by the team behind Snow Lodge Aspen, it’s already becoming a lively place to end the ski day.

Lift Line Tavern

Located slopeside on Assay Hill at the Viceroy, Lift Line is the definition of ski-in/ski-out dining. The menu is elevated comfort food — simple, well-done, and perfect after a long day on the mountain.

The Hot Dogger

On-mountain dining is getting a fun new addition with The Hot Dogger, located at the Spider Sabich Picnic Area. Think gourmet hot dogs, nachos, and casual fare, created in collaboration with LA-based SUMO Dog.

Explore Books Café

Located on the top floor of Explore Booksellers, this new café features Carbondale’s Bonfire Coffee alongside pastries and a quiet, relaxing setting. It’s a great stop for a morning meeting or a slower start to the day.

Silvers

A local bagel shop known for in-house bagels, great breakfast sandwiches (including their standout “Silver Queen”), deli sandwiches, salads, soups, and take-home dinner kits. A strong addition to the morning rotation.

Chanel Aspen

Winter in Aspen is never just about skiing—the season is packed with concerts, festivals, and town-wide traditions that keep the energy high from December through March. Here are some of the standout events happening this season:

Sofi Tukker at The View line—Snowmass
Sofi Tukker will play an intimate après-ski concert at the View line Resort in Snowmass on Sunday, December 28th at 3 PM. Expect a lively crowd, great energy, and the perfect way to end a ski day.

Aspen Summit for Life – December 6th 2025
A beloved annual event hosted by the Chris Klug Foundation, Summit for Life brings athletes and locals together for a nighttime uphill race on Aspen Mountain. Participants skin, hike, or snowshoe from the base to the top — all in support of organ donor awareness. It’s one of Aspen’s most iconic winter traditions, with a vibrant finish-line party at the Sundeck.

Wintersköl – January 2026
Aspen’s annual celebration of winter returns with on-mountain activities, après events, the Soupský competition, family-friendly celebrations, and the famous torchlight parade down Aspen Mountain. The fireworks show is always one of the best of the season.

Snowmass Luminescence – All Winter
A free, immersive art and light installation across Snowmass Base Village. The glowing pathways, large-scale sculptures, and interactive installations make it a great evening stroll for families, visitors, and anyone wanting a little post-ski magic.

Snowmass Free Concert Series – Select Dates
Snowmass keeps the music going all season with rotating après-ski concerts in Base Village. Expect everything from indie and electronic sets to bluegrass and local bands — a fun, casual way to wrap up the ski day.

12 Days of Aspen – December 20–31
Downtown Aspen transforms into a festive holiday village with daily events, from Santa visits and caroling to outdoor skating, family crafts, and special performances. It’s one of the most charming times to explore town.

New Year’s Eve in Aspen
Aspen is known for its NYE celebrations, with dinners, parties, and fireworks over Aspen Mountain. Restaurants and hotels book quickly, making it one of the most vibrant nights of the year.
