  • We worked with Judd first as our broker when purchasing our home and then he quickly evolved, becoming our general contractor for renovations immediately upon closing. Having a broker who is also a talented general contractor considerably broadened our search from afar in a market with a limited, yet aging inventory. Judd's capacity to visualize and define what was possible from a design and construction perspective allowed us to move quickly with an offer and begin negotiating until under contract. I would best describe Judd professionally as being relentlessly persistent, where the fortunate outcome is our owning a beautifully updated home in a...

  • Judd's experience in Aspen’s high-end market, both as an agent and builder, gives him a distinct advantage over any single-discipline professional. He's worked with me on two substantial homes over the past decade, and I still call on him for pretty much anything and everything. Aspen can be a challenging place to build. If you don’t know your way around, it can go bad fast. Judd understands the system, the regulations, the resources, and everything it takes to get things done here. Judd is talented, honest, transparent, ethical, hard-working, hands-on, disciplined, thoughtful, detail-oriented, budget conscious, and he has great taste -a diverse and...

  • I’m Sold on Judd Clarence. I found Judd to be Entrepreneurial, Resourceful, and Collaborative. Commercial real estate is equal parts style and substance, and Judd over-delivered on all counts. I highly recommend Judd as a broker, negotiator, designer, and builder.
    — MARCUS DANIELS
  • I have proactively recommended Judd to some of my very close friends. He has the rare combination of an incredible work ethic along with knowledge of the real estate industry that I have never seen before. His attention to detail in every part of the real estate process has proven to be invaluable. What impresses me most about Judd is his high level of integrity. When you decide to partner with Judd on any real estate transaction you can rest assured that he had your best interest in mind and will always be 100% transparent and accountable in everything he does.

  • Judd's ability to leverage his expertise as both a luxury broker and elite luxury home builder has made the process of buying, building and owning properties in Aspen not only possible but profitable for us. We've worked with Judd for almost 10 years. During that span he has helped us with several properties. He helped us redesign 5 condos in the core then negotiated a very complex and creative deal that allowed for tight closing times for selling our condos and simultaneously buying a single-family home. We got it done largely because Judd played an instrumental role in keep all deals together and negotiating the timing. Most big name realtors in A...

  • Judd has a strong understanding of the market from a real estate perspective, and thus offers a good insight in that regard. Of course, he is also a licensed GC with deep knowledge and provides great value in terms of aesthetic value and direction. If you hire Judd as a broker or design/builder/advisor, you will be satisfied and will enjoy working with him. I highly recommend Judd Clarence.
    — ERIK ABRAHAMSON
  • Our family has been working with Grant Purcell and Judd Clarence for several years as our trusted advisors and partners helping us rent our home in Aspen. Their team has made it easy and comforting knowing they take care of everything in a very professional and efficient manner. It was very important to us that we found a group that we could trust implicitly, had our best interest in mind and also had a very strong knowledge of the area and market. These guys checked off all the boxes for us and we could not be more happy with the overall relationship. They come highly recommended from us!
